JAKARTA, Oct. 21 (Xinhua) — Indonesia will cut domestic airfares by up to 14 percent ahead of the Christmas and New Year holidays to ease travel costs for the public, the country’s Ministry of Transportation announced on Tuesday.
The price reduction will apply to economy class tickets for domestic flights operating between Dec. 22 and Jan. 10 next year, according to the ministry.
