The management explained that a few individuals have circulated negative comments after not receiving their approved financial facilities. In most cases, these clients failed to follow the rules and terms of their agreements, resulting in automatic delays or rejection.
PT BAT reiterated its full compliance with Indonesian and international banking regulations, emphasizing that all processes are transparent and governed by clear contracts. “We serve genuine clients who fulfill their obligations in good faith. Unjustified claims from non-compliant parties do not reflect our institution’s values,” the management stated.
