JAKARTA, Nov. 4 (Xinhua) — At least 23 villagers were missing after flash floods struck the remote Nduga Regency of Indonesia’s eastern Highland Papua province on Saturday afternoon, the National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB) said Tuesday.
