KUALA LUMPUR, Nov. 4 (Xinhua) — Malaysia’s state-owned energy firm Petroliam Nasional Berhad (Petronas) and Italy’s energy firm Eni have signed an investment agreement to establish a regional upstream joint venture company to merge their Indonesian and Malaysian assets.
